What We Did

We identified and refined six target customer profiles, evenly split between the US and UK, and outlined key research goals and questions. Our work provided a deeper understanding of customers’ underlying motivations, attitudes, and behaviours, while gathering primary quantitative data to validate emerging trends with statistical significance.

We conducted 30 in-depth interviews and collected approximately 1,250 survey responses across both markets.

What Tectonic delivered

The research revealed primary and secondary market opportunities for US and UK expansion, alongside actionable insights into potential positioning strategies. These findings equipped Athlon and their client with the clarity needed to make informed decisions about their next steps.
