We identified and refined six target customer profiles, evenly split between the US and UK, and outlined key research goals and questions. Our work provided a deeper understanding of customers’ underlying motivations, attitudes, and behaviours, while gathering primary quantitative data to validate emerging trends with statistical significance.
We conducted 30 in-depth interviews and collected approximately 1,250 survey responses across both markets.
